The Platoul Soarelui tourist complex in the Straja resort, Lupeni-Hunedoara, offers all the services and satisfies all the needs for an unforgettable stay on skis but also for relaxation in the middle of nature. A resort famous for being the place where you can see the most beautiful sunsets.
We have two accommodation units of three and four stars, a light ski slope (Platoul Soarelui slope also equipped with night installation and artificial snow product), a ski and snowboard initiation park (equipped with a conveyor belt for students), sports equipment rental center, ski school, cafe bar, restaurant and sporting goods store. For those who do not want to ski, we have a snowtubing slope (toboggan with rolls).
Since 2011 we have been collaborating with most of the accommodation units in Straja resort for the “Ski at Straja” package.
This package offers a series of discounts on accommodation and meals (these services are provided at each partner unit), as well as equipment rental, ski school and ski pass within the Platoul Soarelui tourist complex.
