Webcam PK 8.6 Decreciente

This is a webcam showing PK 8.6 Decreciente (M-11), located in Madrid, Spain. The M-11 (Avenida de Manuel Azaña ) is an access highway to the Madrid-Barajas Airport , with a length of 9.7 km , joining the junction of the M-30 , A-1 and M-607 motorways (Junction de Manoteras) with terminals T-1, T-2 and T-3. This highway is named for being the first access highway from the third beltway ( M-30 ) of the city of Madrid and the radial highways to the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport . It complements the M-13 and M-14 motorways and the M-12 motorway that also link the airport with the city’s ring roads (M-30 and M-40) and the radial highways; It is for this reason that the M-11 is one of the highways that registers the most traffic throughout the day in all of Madrid. Before 2004 it was called A-10, then it adopted the name of urban environment highway although it is still managed by the central government. The Plenary of the Madrid City Council decided to name it Avenida de Manuel Azaña in honor of the one who was President of the Second Republic, although this name is unknown by many of the hundreds of drivers who run it every day.
