The quiet Poiana Brașov is located in the ski resort of the same name at an altitude of 1030 m, a resort that has the most modern facilities and the largest ski capacity in Romania. We have picturesque mountain roads on the trails of Mount Postavaru, a mountain with an altitude of 1779 m. The resort has various tourist attractions such as: extraordinary ski slopes, horseback riding tours offered by the studs around the resort, various summer tourist possibilities – mountain- bikes, hiking and luxury hotels where you can have a dream stay.
It has 12 slopes with different degrees of difficulty, and the snow layer is maintained for four, even five months a year. For beginners in ski sports there are special slopes – the Bradul or Stadion slopes. For those advanced in skiing or snowboarding, we recommend the Wolf Slope, the Red Road, Slalom, Subteleferic and the Ruiului Slope.
