La Condesa is one of the most popular and busiest beaches in the port of Acapulco , Guerrero , in southern Mexico . It is located to the northeast of the bay of Santa Lucía in the tourist area known as Acapulco Dorado . It comprises a short stretch of Avenida Costera Miguel Alemán , from Plaza Marbella (Glorieta de la Diana Cazadora) to the 655 m long Fiesta Americana hotel building .
