Welcome to the home of ospreys Phoebe and Steve on Hog Island, Maine. After about 10 years together, Steve’s previous mate, Rachel, didn’t make it back from migration. In Phoebe he found a beautiful and fierce new companion. Perched atop a 30-foot decommissioned power pole, this camera peers directly into their nest, where they will reunite every spring after a winter apart. Watch as they care for their young, from egg to fledgling.
