This HD weather camera overlooks Odori Park and the iconic Sapporo TV Tower, offering a beautiful panorama of the city.

Sapporo is the capital of Hokkaido and lies in northern Japan, close to Russia. The city is famous for its ski resorts, surrounding volcanoes, and the annual Sapporo Snow Festival, which takes place every February and attracts over a million visitors. During this seven-day event, enormous ice and snow sculptures are displayed in Odori Park, Susukino, and Tsudome.

Sapporo is also well known for its beer. Sapporo Breweries Ltd., founded in 1876, is Japan’s oldest beer brand. The city is home to the Sapporo Beer Museum, the country’s only beer museum, where visitors can enjoy exhibitions, tastings, and a beer garden.
